I have lived in this area for over 14 years. I have seen many auto shops come and go in my time.. a few years ago my auto shop closed and I have to find another repair shop to service my 2016 Buick and my 2019 Ram pickup. I was very fortunate to have found Turn Key auto to fill the position and my auto repair shop.. the folks at turn key are very knowledgeable and honest when it come to repairs on my vehicles. You may find some that are a little cheaper with cost but you can bet you get what you pay for at turn key.. I have never had these folks tell me wrong and that has saved me time and money.. so if you want a repair shop to keep you vehicles running like they should you should be at turn key auto you won't go wrong..

We were ?on the road' from Montreal, Canada when the Check Engine light came on. (I have a 2013 Crosstrek.) I was familiar with ?emissions malfunction? and asked for it to be shut off. The fellow behind the counter plugged in my car, rebooted it and read me the code. He informed me that it may come on again. I understood; it has happened before and I will make it home to my trusted mechanic. He then handed me my keys and told me to have a nice trip. No charge. Beautiful. Thank you Turn Key Auto!

I traveled 13 hours in my car for a Myrtle beach vacation. The last 2 hours of driving I heard horrible rattling under my car I thought it was my drive shaft! Some local people recommend Turn Key Auto to check it out. My experience with them was great! Quick affordable repair what thankfully was only a muffler. And I was back on the road in no time at all. I highly recommend Turn Key they are an honest family owned business! Thank you guys so much!

I took my car in for an oil change elsewhere when a mechanic at that place told me my car was making a noise and that it was unsafe to drive - TWO DAYS before I was supposed to move 15 hours away. Talk about poor timing. I took my car to Turn Key and told them what happened. They took me without an appointment. They ran all the diagnostics, checked all the fluid levels, walked me through the process, and assured me that my car was safe for my drive. Big, big shout out to these guys! Oh - and they're reasonably priced too!!

Traveling 2,000 miles form home I had an axle seal go bad on my Jeep Wrangler. The guys at Turn Key Auto got me in right away and had me back on the road in 24hours. We left on a vacation not realizing we needed an oil change. Stopped in at Turn Key Automotive when they were busy and short staffed and they had us out in 30 minutes. Price was lower than we pay at home and much lower than another garage we checked with in the Myrtle Beach area. All around great experience. If we lived in the area we'd give TKA first dibs at being our regular auto shop.

Was on vacation in myrtle beach. Pulled the campet out from Atlanta and service 4wd light came up on the way out. Turns out was just stuck in 4WD. They found a service bulletin and reprogrammed. Even though he was suoer busy he understood my plight having to tow back home and squeezee me in.

I had the alternator go out on my Mini Cooper and I called Turn Key Auto Repair to get the pricing and availability for repair. I was extremely impressed that I was told it could be completed the same day. When I dropped my car off the gentleman at the desk was polite and upfront about all cost and expectations for completion of the repairs. I got my Mini back the same day! I have a 5 ton minnie winnebago camper and most shops can't even work on it. I showed up at Turnkey auto at 11 am with no appointment and they looked at my Hangar bearing problem and quoted time for labor and overall cost. At 1:00pm....same day...my motorhome was fixed and ready for the road...cost...just as they said...in fact was a few bucks under ! Friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and I usually have lots. Drove it home , 1000 miles , problem was totally fixed. We were on vacation and our brakes went bad. We were 9 hours away and they gladly squeezed us in and fixed the problem. Replaced our brakes and rotors and calibers. Very honest, very nice. They took my 2004 suburban in on a thur with no appt. had a major electrical problem, Windows, locks, radio, lights, instrument panel, everything crapped out. After lots of diagnosis time, The BCM was shot and the aftermarket remote starter was causing some problems. They finished it by the following Tues. The truck is working great now. Cheaper to fix than look for a later model Burb. They called to keep me informed and were honest as the day is long. Will be going back to them now that we live in Myrtle Beach. Then the fun started, electrical can be a real problem. The fan switch setting 4 and 5 were not working and the vent selector was not working. They fixed it and then the drivers side was stuck in cold mode and passenger was stuck in heat. It was hitting the fan so to speak. Took it back 3rd times a charm. Turns out the work done at a dealer 2 yrs ago on the hvac system when reassembled crimped several wires. They fixed it today. They had to take the dash completely apart to find the crimped wires. these guys are pros. Take you car there.

I would highly suggest this shop to anyone in the area of Myrtle Beach. The first day of our vacation in Myrtle Beach we got a flat tire. We initially took our car to Firestone and they said that the tire could not be repaired and that our only option was to buy a new tire... for the price of $210 (for a single tire!) These tires were pretty new so I wasn't about to spend that much. We took the tire to Turnkey Automotive and $20 later our tire was fixed and we were on our way. The next day we stopped by a grocery store to get supplies and when we shut the rear door the window came off track and nearly fell into the door. After having such a great experience the day before at Turnkey we decided to take our car back there. The window repair was to take two hours and where we were staying was not too far off from there so instead of waiting at the shop my girlfriend and I walked home. The owner of the shop called to let us know the car was finished sometime later and I told him that we most likely wouldn't make it back until the next day because we didn't have a ride. He then offered to come pick us up, since we were in close proximity to the shop, so that we could get the car that day. The owner of this shop seems to have a passion for the work that he does and the extent and degree of customer service has never been matched by any shop I have been to, both here in Myrtle Beach and back home in Columbus, Ohio.
